Larry, her co-parent, stood by her side during the taxing but uplifting event, according to the R&B starlet.
Summer Walker is ringing in the new year with two fewer babies in her womb and two more in her arms. The Still Over It singer just gave birth to her second and third children, and while she and her ex Larry are no longer together, he was at her side throughout the ordeal.
“I’m very proud of myself,” she posted over the weekend on Instagram. “I’m just trying to motivate other ladies because I know that if you get to almost 42 weeks with twins, especially one breech, people will want to lead you towards induction or C-section.”
Walker stated that there was nothing wrong with either of these options; they were simply not what she desired.
The Atlanta native chose a home birth for her first child. Her notoriety allowed her to meet Erykah Badu, who assisted in the delivery of baby Bubbles. The famous singer came to assist Walker in her second attempt and even brought her daughter along for added support this time.
In reality, it was Badu who first unofficially reported Walker was expecting twins. Fans have been waiting for proof that her family has grown by two members since her initial post.

Walker talked about the hard process and the support system that got her through it on Instagram. “You can do it; this is my second home delivery. No tearing, all-natural, seven hours. “I couldn’t have done it without the help of my spirit guides, Godparents, birth team, and elders.”
In addition, she praised Larry for being “the finest dad doula ever.” “He was hands-on the whole time,” the new mother said, leaving her particularly impressed.
“It wasn’t easy, but it was completed,” Walker added. “Lol both deliveries I almost blacked out at the end, but eating your placenta would keep you above water. Because I have thin blood, I always end myself in the hospital to regain my strength for them. I’m fine as long as my children remain unharmed at home.”
